Mission
-
From the openings where the hands and feet of the Savior were nailed, will come forth great lights that will light up the earth" (Diary 83) Family Divine Mercy is founded under the promptings of the Holy Spirit at a time in history when the world is veiled in utter darkness; a time when the foundation of society - that is the family also seen as a small church, is lay victim to the most heinous and mindboggling attacks of Satan threatening the future of humankind.
"Mankind will not have peace until it turns to the Fount of My Mercy."(Diary 699)
Our mission is to spread the message of and devotion to The Divine Mercy as revealed to St. Faustina Kowalska by Our Lord Jesus. We seek to fulfill this apostolate specifically by adding to the richness of this Apostolic devotion through a special prayer of consecration of our families to The Divine Mercy. This prayer of consecration sets aside, or surrenders our families to Love and Mercy who is Christ Jesus. What more can we do these days? Humanly speaking, we can do nothing on our own. Therefore, we must trustingly give our families to The Divine Mercy. Jesus Himself said to St. Faustina,
"Proclaim that mercy is the greatest attribute of God. All the works of My hands are crowned with mercy." (Diary 301)Isn't that such consolation for us?
Catholic Consecration is the act of setting a person, place, or thing apart for a sacred purpose, effectively transferring it from a common or profane state to a holy one dedicated to God. The primary purpose is to sanctify the subject, making it holy and suitable for divine worship or service.
-Eucharistic Consecration: During Mass, the bread and wine are consecrated to become the Body and Blood of Christ (transubstantiation), allowing believers to partake in the sacrament.
-Personal Consecration: Individuals dedicate their lives to God, often through total consecration to Mary or specific saints, to deepen their relationship with Christ, reform their lives, and serve as instruments of grace.

This Ministry is so necessary in this time of the final battle between satan and marriage and families. As Pope St. John Paul said, “ As the Family Goes, so goes the Nation and so goes the whole world.”In 1976 The following quotation is attributed to Cardinal Karol Wojtyla, the future Pope St. John Paul II:
“We are now standing in the face of the greatest historical confrontation humanity has gone through. I do not think that wide circles of the American society or wide circles of the Christian community realize this fully. We are now facing the final confrontation between the Church and the anti-Church, of the Gospel versus the anti-Gospel. This confrontation lies within the plans of divine Providence; it is trial which the whole Church, and the Polish Church in particular, must take up. It is a trial of not only our nation and the Church, but, in a sense, a test of 2,000 years of culture and Christian civilization with all of its consequences for human dignity, individual rights, human rights and the rights of nations”.
